U-tec App V2.0 User Guide

The lock’s location can be switched on the settings page. But the addresses cannot be switched now.

Thanks for replying. We suspect you only have 5 events because you only operate 5 times. So could you check if the newest logs still only show the last 5 events for each day? If it does, could you give me a video link?

I’m 100% certain I left my house from the front door before 5:30 PM that day multiple times and locked unlocked it. But yes, I will record myself locking and unlocking the door 5+ times, post a screenshot of the logs and send you a link. Thank you

How do we switch to the V1 version of the app?? @Carrie

Well, no joy.
I logged off, then logged on, New app finds the Lever, but says-‘registration error, follow link’.
So I reset it to manufacturers default. Logged off, logged on, finds the ‘Lever’, then says the same thing.
I want my old app, how can I reinstall it. Wish I was not the ‘beta’ person…
Wasting time.
THANKFULLY I can still get into my house!

I have the same question about moving a lock to a new address. I have locks at two different properties, but I set them up before this version of the app was available, so, of course, they are are listed at the same address. I’m sure I could delete them from one address and then add them again to the new address, but that seems like a lot of unnecessary work. The ability to move a lock to a different address, rather than just a different room at the same address, would seem to be an important feature

I’m actually using V2.1.1 (beta) and came upon an issue when trying to set Lock Mode. Neither “Normal” or “Lockout” are selected and I get an error that says “Failed to get Ultrloq Status”. If I then select “Normal” and try to save it I get the same response.
