Iām having the same issue. Iām 3 hours away of my rental and it wonāt let me access the lock. Is there any fix?
Mine doesnāt seem to work either. I have a solid green light and it says itās connected and both wifi signal and ble signal say good but alas, it will not control lock from afar.

I have a similar issue not addressed here. I cannot remote unlock via app. When I hit the button on the app, a single beep occurs and it doesnāt unlock. I assume I cannot also remotely lock. Does anyone know how to fix?
My lock firmware is 02.31.0020

Iām having this same issue. I an access the lock via the app and see the logs and lock/unlock, but Iām unable to add/delete users (the reason I bought this lock). I get a timeout message. Bridge is paired.

Hi same as many people here, my bridge is useless. Tried buying a new one, worked a month then broken.Requested Amazon replacement and arrived today. Guess what : didnāt work either. Not sure what it is but it simply doesnāt work remotely. Locally connects using Bluetooth and wifi
, but when using remote connectivity it just doesnāt work. Do i have to open a port in my router? What should I do? Seems like thereās a firmware fix from u-tec support or something?

Frustrated! Itās been over three months and Iāve changed the bridge for the third time today and still havenāt been able to recover the remote features since all bridges Iāve got wonāt connect to the Bluetooth. Ive tried to reset it over 50 times! Please U-Tec there must be something else you can do to solve this issue. This UL 300 is driving me CRAZY!!!
