Iâm having the same issue. Iâm 3 hours away of my rental and it wonât let me access the lock. Is there any fix?
Mine doesnât seem to work either. I have a solid green light and it says itâs connected and both wifi signal and ble signal say good but alas, it will not control lock from afar.
