Can't connect to lock remotely

I have the same issues for both of my locks and they are located in a different state so its impossible for me to be there to troubleshoot. Can you please update my bridge software in case that is part of my issue? Thanks

I’m having the same issue. I’m 3 hours away of my rental and it won’t let me access the lock. Is there any fix?

Mine doesn’t seem to work either. I have a solid green light and it says it’s connected and both wifi signal and ble signal say good but alas, it will not control lock from afar.
