Can connect remotely

I’m not able to remotely control my lock, ULTRALOQ U-Bolt Pro Smart Lock with WiFi Bridge, purchased a new bridge thinking it was a bad bridge and still wont connect, on the App it show blank for ping and server status disconnected, firmware 02.26.0020, Im able to control with Bluetooth but not wifi, any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance
