there is an issue with IFTTT integration, it works perfect when you manually lock/unlock the U-bolt, but, when using auto unlock features(geofence) it doesn’t trigger my IFTTT applet, I already contacted IFTTT and they told me that is nothing to do on their end, and this makes sense, because if I do it manually, it does works perfect.

So don’t know what happened, because this used to work before, don’t know exactly when it stopped working, because of covid we didn’t come to the location of the door where I have the U-bolt installed.

Can you please check this?

I can only get it to work when I have the app open and on the giant unlock button then if I switch auto lock to 3 seconds and set a trigger like my Arlo Camera it unlocks non stop but as soon as my tablet goes to sleep the whole thing stops working again. One of the main features I wanted was auto unlock on motion detection as the fingerprint and phone shake never seem to work for me either.

What’s the go? Is IFTTT integration broken even when the app is running in the background?

I have an issue with all 3 of my Pro Wifi locks. Triggering iftt when specific person unlocks frequently get notification of the wrong person entering. Generally I have found that it is the person that unlocked prior that is reported and is always 1 event behind. Anyone else seeing this?

Have had my U-bolt Pro Wifi for 6 weeks now. In the beginning geofence did not work, it would say away and back but never ever auto unlock. Support said to be patient, they are working on it. After Thanksgiving, it actually worked for 6 days in a row. Now for the past week, it does not say away or back (and of course doesn’t geofence anymore). I’ve changed the batteries (this would be the third time changing batteries in 6 weeks but that has not changed anything. Any one know how to get the geofence working again?

Ive tried IFTTT with my locks but its no better than using Alexa, I cant automate moving into or out of passage mode, and if you set the door to unlock on a schedule , if your not there at that moment you miss the chance to open the door.
