Unable to register bridge

Eventually got use my U-Bolt Pro with WiFi bridge that I purchased of Indiegogo startup. Unfortunately cannot get the bridge to register, app just sits on “testing signal strength” when selecting bridge. Don’t know if bridge is faulty or app does not work with old firmware on bridge. In any event, support will not assist because it is past warranty period. Pretty unfortunate that I did not test it when it was delivered, but there you have it.
