Pro Lock & Bridge = Wifi Signal, BLE Signal Failure

Bridge cannot communicate with the U-Bolt Pro lock.

Bridge has a Wifi Signal, BLE Signal as Failure, with Network ACK at 0 seconds.

I have an Amazon eero (dual wifi). The router picks up the Bridge, and see that it is linked. The U-Bolt Pro is paired with the Bridge. The Bridge wifi light is solid green, the bluetooth is silent.

Does anyone have this problem? I can’t use the lock with wifi?

Check to see if BLE on your phone is enabled.

Same issue even after five factory resets. It even says I’m connected via Bluetooth!
