Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro WiFi does not work with Alexa

Bumping this thread because I’m appalled by the responses from U-Tec regarding Alexa functionality. I have tried everything, including ensuring the bridge was receiving a strong 2.4ghz signal, Alexa refuses to work with this lock a majority of the time. Fix your Alexa Skill guys!!! Please!
