Alexa version I am using is 2.2.521848.0
Having an opposite issue to yours suddenly with Alexa. When asked to unlock it makes the noise but seems to unlock and quickly lock the door (or is just making the noise). Have contacted support to see if some sort of recalibration or fix is needed.
You can verify if it gets truly unlocked by watching if the bolt/dial moves.
I was just asked by tech support to supply them with a screenshot of my conversation with Alexa. Iām not sure how to do that.

I am having the same problem. I own 2 U-Bolt Proās with bridges and they both do not work anymore with Alexa. I also own a U-Bolt (with a bridge) and it does not suffer from problems with Alexa. I have the latest FW for the Proās.
Did the U-Bolt Proās use to work with Alexa before? And is it like neither LOCKing nor UNLOCKing work any more?
For me, the 2 PRO locks worked fine until about mid-July. Neither LOCKing nor UNLOCKing work anymore. The regular U-Bolt (not a PRO model) works fine. I also explored using IFTTT commanding, and got the same result - IFTTT commands work with the U-Bolt model but not the PRO models.
I have no idea why, but this evening the U-Bolt PRO locks started responding to Alexa commands. Certainly nothing that I did. Is everyone finding the same thing?
Lucky you. Mine didnāt change. Unlocking works, but locking doesnāt.
Yesterday, I unpaired and paired the bridge. I noticed that sometimes WiFi Signal sometimes would say Good, and other times not. Sometimes BLE Signal is Good (whatever BLE is), and sometimes not. I disable Bluetooth on my iPhone and then use the U-Tec app to lock and unlock the door, and it consistently works, no matter the WiFi status. I then went to the Alexa app and disabled then, removed the lock, and re-did the skill set for u-tec ultraloq. At this point, I was able to ask Alexa to ālock the front doorā successfully. I could not, however, in Settings, turn on āUnlock by voice.ā When I tried this, it would return a message saying the website was not responding with no other indications on what website or what was failing. This morning, however, I turned on this feature, and it worked! Now, everything is working through Alexa, and I canāt explain why.

A few days ago, the problem fixed itself without any intervention from my part. Guess someone at U-Tec fixed the problem on their side, network / server / etc.
Just to confirm, you have the WiFi bridge version, not the built-in WiFi version, right? Hereās their full product lineup you can check.
that is right I have the version avec the separate wifi bridge
U-Tech updated their App from Version 2.1.6.4 to 2.1.6.5 on July 28, that fixed the problem.
I am having the same issue.
I have this some problem. Alexa says that it has locked or unlocked my front door but it has not done it. Ultraloq is crap and it does not work with Alexa. U- Bolt Ultraloq needs to go back to the drawing board and start over.

As with others, I have a strong Wi-Fi signal showing in the app and every other Alexa enabled app is working - garage doors, smart plugs, security cameras, thermostats, lights, even my Roomba, etc
I too bought this in part for the Alexa integration. There are alternatives if there isnāt support so Iāll wait till I get closer to my latest return date.
