Anyone having issues with Alexa just stop working? I have the U-Bolt-Pro and a UL3-2ND and have removed the bridge and re-added for both locks. Disabled the skill and re-enabled. setup voice code again. Locks works great in the u-home app connected via WiFi but Says that either locks is not responding in Alexa.

FYI , I also have the newer one (U-Bolt-Pro-WiFi) that eats batteries for breakfast that DOES still work with Alexa.

Same here, Alexa won’t enable skill to work. this happened after the one ui 7.0 software update from Samsung. I’ve disabled the skill and tried to re-enable it with no luck.

Following a recent power outage, my U Lock is no longer controllable with Alexa. It still works remotely via the U Home app.
I have unlinked from Alex and relinked without any improvement. I have deleted the lock from the U Home app and recreated it and then linked it to Alexa without improvement.
Alexa is able to tell me the state of the lock; locked or unlocked; but it unable either lock or unlock it.
