Alexa no longer unlocking door

Anyone having issues with Alexa just stop working? I have the U-Bolt-Pro and a UL3-2ND and have removed the bridge and re-added for both locks. Disabled the skill and re-enabled. setup voice code again. Locks works great in the u-home app connected via WiFi but Says that either locks is not responding in Alexa.
U-Bolt-Pro Firmware: 02.26.0020
UL3-2ND Firmware: 02.27.0012

FYI , I also have the newer one (U-Bolt-Pro-WiFi) that eats batteries for breakfast that DOES still work with Alexa.

Alexa won’t enable skill to work

Same here, Alexa won’t enable skill to work. this happened after the one ui 7.0 software update from Samsung. I’ve disabled the skill and tried to re-enable it with no luck.

@Kenneth1 @Patrick2 We have already fixed the Alexa bug on our server; please re-link your U home account with the Alexa; it should be able to work now. Thanks!
