So for about the last 6 months when I go to unlock the door, the lock doesn’t respond. Numbers don’t light up. I press buttons…no beeps. And then after 5-10 seconds, it finally beeps. Then I can put in the code and it works. Fingerprint scanner is bad, but works sometimes.
After fighting with this for so long, I’ve decided I’d finally seek out some help! Any ideas? I’ve replaced batteries with no luck. Don’t see any firmware updates.

I’m seeing something similar. New lock install (pro wifi). Once in a while it goes totally dark. This is a real problem, will need to carry a physical key around for a few weeks until we can trust it. If we can’t I’ll send it back.
