Keypad number and ultraloq buttong stopped lighting up

I’ve had a U-Tec WiFi Bold Pro installed since October and love the device.
Two days ago the number keypad and ultraloq buttons stopped illuminating when pressed. It makes it impossible to use at night. I also think that the fingerprent sensor is no longer working. Everything else works. I can unlock the device using key codes, I just can’t see the keys. The inside red light below the battery compartment still works and illuminates when the lock is opened or closed.

Is there a way I can fix this?
