Ubolt Pro wifi Auto-lock happens when door opens instead of closes

Hi, the auto-lock feature has been working fine on my ubolt pro for the first few weeks since installation. However, as of this morning, the auto-lock occurs immediately when I open the door, instead of closing it.

Also, the app now says “Door is open” regardless if it is actually open or not. If the app thinks it’s always open, then why would it engage the autolock at all? (I have the timed lock turned off).

The wifi signal is very strong and the door sensor is correctly installed, and was working for the past few weeks. My lock firmware is 01.35.0023, it says latest firmware but not sure if that’s actually correct.

So what happened? Mine has been working perfectly for days, but now it locks even when the door is open. Checked the sensor in the app and it says it is paired. Auto works when closed fine. I just have to manually unlock before closing the door now too.
