Not auto-locking despite option is turned on

My Z-wave U-Bolt Pro lock no longer auto-locks!
Been using this for 2 years, checked my Uhome app and auto-lock is definitely ON. This started happening after I changed batteries. Both Uhome app and my Samsung Smarthings app both battery level is good. For some strange reasons, the Uhome app shows door is opened despite it’s closed.
Anyone has the same experience and how it can be fixed?

Bump, in hopes that replies will get the developer’s attention. I have the ULock bolt pro wifi. My issue with the auto lock started three days ago and the problem is intermittent. Sometimes it does autolock and sometimes it does not (and alarming to return home and find it unlocked). I have changed the batteries, checked for the latest firmware, and did a reset. But again this morning, the lock did not auto lock. The one job I need the lock to do, is LOCK. Now I need to lock it like a regular key lock when I leave because I don’t trust the auto lock and I have not found a fix.

Had a similar problem before (but quite sure not exact same). I had to move the censor down by about 1/4" and paired to the lock again to resolve the issue.
