U-Tec Ultra Pro schedule temp user schedule not working

No matter what I do, I can’t set a temp user schedule. I have other locks and they all work, but for this one lock, I can set up a new user (as temp), give them a code and all that works fine. When I try and create a schedule, for example tomorrow from 9-10AM, it just spins forever after I hit save.

Having the same issue, but it’s a recent development. Is it possibly a conflict with an iOS update? Currently using iOS 17.6.1.

I am having this same issue. I can’t set schedule for a Temporary User. Screen just spins and never allows me to set the schedule. I just upgraded to iOS 18. If there is a fix or workaround, please post it here.

I’m having the same issue with the latest Android and latest app and lock firmware. Clearly this has been an issue for a while. Instead of replying to everyone individually can you just fix the issue? The page spins for a long time, sometimes appears to work and sometimes doesn’t, but the dates seem to only be set from the current date plus one month. No ability to change it either when adding a new user account or editing an existing one.
