Hi, Everything on the door lock work fine I can add different users and everything however when i try to set a schedule for a temporary user it does not work. I try to check the schedule again but it is not saved when I access it again. I checked the device info and there is no information at the Time section. I have 2 U Bolt Pro door locks and both have the same issue.
I have had the same issue for quite awhile, and the support staff suggested that I uninstall, then re-install the app, then try again. This worked, but I have found that I need to do this every time I want to add a temporary users scheduled active time. I’m a little surprised and disappointed that it continues to be a problem many months after it was brought to U-tec’s attention.
Having the same issue, but it’s recent. Never had the problem in the past (using this lock since 2021). Is there a software upgrade that can solve this, and if so, how? When I go to my temporary user, I can log all kinds of info, but when I go to schedule - I just get a constant spin. It sets the start date automatically as today @ midnight and the end date as automatically one month later.
True on both iPhone and iPad. Both running the same iOS: 17.6.1.
I really need help with this. This is the main reason I got this lock for. So i can schedule all codes to end 11am for check-out for my guests. But the temporary codes don’t work if I don’t set the date about a month away, and it cannot be 11am, it has to be midnight for it to work… HELP PLEASE.
