U-Tec Support Issues, product support

After a few go arounds with U-Tec support, I finally learned that they will not support the Bridge because it was purchased 2 years ago and not 18 months.

Further, the company makes it virtually impossible to reach support if your product is one day over the warranty. Really this company needs to do a lot better if it wants happy customers and wants to stay in business.

It’s too bad, because, when the product works, it’s great.
