I am having the same issue, i replaced the batteries but it still happens. Is the unit faulty?
Mine is doing the same thing, incessant repeated beeping even with new batteries. What is the solution???
Update: I just held a blow-dryer to it (both inside and outside) for about 30 seconds and the beeping stopped.
Can someone please help me. 2 long beeps. I replaced the batteries several month ago and now wont stop beeping.
This sucks 26 pages and no solution for over a year. Refund my money. Stealing.
Floridan here with the same moisture/rain problem. Beeping all night long! What in the Temu is going on? Lots of people complaining about the same issue. What does submitting a ticket do? Is this problem fixable?

Hello, I am having the same issues everyone else has described and have noticed a correlation with moisture and humidity as well. I have two locks and it started with the first one and the second one followed about a month later. Changing batteries does not help. I now have the batteries out of both of my locks because it keeps waking me up during the night when it seemingly randomly starts beeping. Is there an at home solution that anyone could try? Do the locks have to be replaced?

I am having the same issue beeps through the night when it rains. I have 4 locks and it happens on the 2 locks that are exterior doors when it rains.

I’m having the same issue and this is very annoying. I have used Yale locks for years in the past and the only reason I liked U-Tec is for the fingerprint option. How can we solve this beeping issue and I’m worried about security as well and hope it won’t unlock because of a bug/issue.

I have opened a ticket as suggested but they are now checking the receipts for warranty coverage. It’s about 2 years and hope they don’t turndown the request. This is wide spread issue and hope the compnay stand behind their products.
