We have the Ultraloq Bolt. It has been working fine and then about a month ago it stopped beeping when you enter numbers on the keypad, use your fingerprint or anything. I checked the app and sounds are enabled. I tried turning them off and back on again, but nothing changed. No sound. Is there a speaker wire that maybe got disconnected internally when I installed it (we had a replacement sent because of an issue, and I don’t remember if this condition started then or afterward)
