After more than a year of using it without any hassle, it suddenly stopped working. Last month, after I tried the Magic Shake feature by turning it on. After using it for a couple of times, the lock stopped working. I’m not sure if it was because i turned that feature ON or it was just coincidental. What I noticed different is the louder and kind a different sound that it emits after using the fingerprint or keying in PIN. After using either the PIN or fingerprint, the lock does not want to unlock after emitting that different sound.
I already deleted and re-installed the app, but it did not work.
Is there something I can do to make it work again? Thanks for your replies.
