NON STOP UNLOCK FAILURE

I bought this lock and have had really no issues but in the last week it keeps beeping and I have hundreds of failed unlock attempt on it. I researched online and it said to clean the fingerprint sensor which I did I also replaced the batteries with new. I called tech support earlier this week and they said to unplug the device which I did. I also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I reset the lock. and I called tech support again today and they couldn’t do anything for me except give me a 30% off on a new one which was the exact same price as I can buy it right now from the u-lock store on amazon. so there really wasn’t any discount at all. so I have a device that’s non-functional after what I consider to be a short amount of time and you tech tech support was not helpful and trying to get this resolved. this is my front door lock and I need to get it resolved ASAP. thank you
