I Bolt Pro won't lock or unlock

The lock no longer works. Locking or unlocking. The motor makes a faint noise for a fraction of a second. The batteries are new. The app won’t lock or unlock it
Maybe once out of 100 tries it will actually lock or unlock.
I have reset and repaired with WiFi and Bluetooth.

Any suggestions?
