So, I went to update the firmware on my lock, and suddenly it no longer turns the motor. When I go to unlock it or lock it through the app or the keypad, you can hear the motor twitch, but it doesn’t do much else. (When you lock from the inside, nothing, but when you unlock it beeps three times and flashes red.)
I’ve tried updating the direction of the lock via the app, nothing, changing the batteries, nothing. Obviously there’s something I haven’t thought of.
