UBolt Pro always failing

2nd u bolt pro door lock.
1st just died.
2nd now 6 months old will not open or lock door.
Press button, no motor sound.
Take batteries out , put back in and we get 1 or 2 open and closes.
Batteries are new Duracell.
Same issue on rechargeable batteries .
Any ideas?
