Feedback works when it unemotional and measured

The feedback I’ve supplied and the details of errors have paid off.
Both my locks after multiple app upgrades and the latest firmware upgrade are starting to operate as they should.
Early days in this mode to party yet however all signs point to a vast improvement.

@Holland1 Thanks for your updates. We will constantly improve our locks and App. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

These locks are terrible. Work for a few months then reduced to a regular code only lock. No finger print or location. App tells you it will be unlocked but not so. I’ve done all updates resets but nothing. Again, don’t buy Utec. Not reliable or worth the frustration.
