Ultraloq Combo Fingerprint Bluetooth Smart Door Lock- Stopped working. Not happy at all

I purchased this combo lock because it was definitely what I had been looking for. Now after less than 6 months it no longer locks as its supposed to. The handle turns but the deadbolt does nothing. I changed batteries, I’ve done reset and was able to except register my key fobs now. I paid entirely too much money for this lock for it to not even last a year.
