So I have a building totally separate from my house for work and I don’t go in as regularly as I’d like. Often the battery dies after not being at work for long periods of time and I have to replace it to get in. Today I have replaced the battery and it does nothing. Looking at the manuals and such I have noticed you need a battery both sides and this has left me with a big problem. I’ve tried calling the number 3 times and no-one picks up and left a support ticket. I’m surprised there’s no failsafe for situations like these as it’s completely impossible to get in my work room otherwise. Does anyone have any possible work around or am I going to have to cut my way in, ruining the door completely?
