Suddenly yesterday my U-Bolt Pro panel stopped working (the outside part). It does not scan my fingerprints, and the buttons with the numbers are also unresponsive. I also cannot press the Ultraloq button to lock the door. However, battery capacity shows High, and I am able to lock and unlock the door via the phone app. The bridge was also showing a solid green light. I had to leave town so I took the key and when I get back, I will inspect the wires connecting the outdoor panel to the inside unit. Is there anything else I should check before opening a support ticket? I saw one thread where the wire in question was partially cut off and I will inspect for that. I like U-tec and their customer service is good but I have not been overly impressed with their reliability.
