My Ultraloq will not light up and allow me to press the keypads

My Ultraloq hardware will not allow me to press the keypads and unlock the door. Nothing lights up using the keypad. The door unlocks using the app but will not allow me to do so using the keypad. Is this a hardware malfunction?
