Help, I can’t get the keypad to light up. That, in turn, makes it impossible to input my code. I have tried to “activate” the keypad as you are shown to do in the video by placing the fronts of my fingers on it. But nothing happens. What am I missing?
Boy, it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem with the keyboard not lighting up. I see lots of mentions of the problem, but no solutions. Crap, is this lock a lemon?
