ultralog u-bolt installed more than a year ago; but suddenly the keypad stops working completely. Everything else works fine; connection to phone - operates just find. New batteries. removed backplate, checked wiring, unplugged and reinserted, everything looks in good shape.
Any advice/help appreciated. Maybe need to buy new keypad- where do i get that?
HELP!!!
