Hello. I installed U-Bolt Pro yesterday and have had non-stop problems with the U-tec app since then. The biggest issue for now is that my new U-Bolt Pro (with fingerprint reader) seems to be misrecognized by the U-tec app as a U-Bolt (without fingerprint reader). I have reset the lock and deleted my data from the app several times, but to no avail. Help would be appreciated!
