My Bolt pro fingerprint mode is broken?

After 2 Years later, the fingerprint doesn’t work anymore.Before is working well.

I already Updated to the last Version 02.28.0020

Also setting the fingerprint 1 successful.Still can register fingerprint. No problem.But Still can not unlock the door. Nothing reaction.

Need to fix? Many times factory mode and setting many times,Battery are fine. Can not find any reasons.

This is exactly my experience also, and no help from Utec has fixed the problem. It was the only reason why I purchased this lock and in less than 2 years this key feature does not work!
Have you been able to fix your lock yet?

I have the same w two locks. Same firmware. I think they messed up the update.

Can a new version be pushed with the bug fix???!

Under Australian consumer law, products need to be fit for purpose. Even though there is an 18 month warranty on electronics there is an expectation that a lock should last more than 18 months. They cannot manufacture a lock an it stop working after 18 months. Has anyone even got a lock where the finger print reader lasts more than 18 months?
