Two of my remote UL3 2nd GEN switching from NORMAL to PASSAGE mode by themselves

2nd time my two remote UL3 are switching from NORMAL to PASSAGE mode. This has happened since Utec activated the latest app update.

A shared admin user could change the mode, please check if that is the case.

Only my son and I have shared admin privileges and we do not use this app unless we are adding or removing users. We never select PASSAGE because these two doors MUST always LOCK IMMEDIATELY.
