I have had repeated issues with the lock not unlocking internally to allow passage after a proper passcode is put in. If I change the lock to passage mode it will allow the user to open but when going back to Normal mode it will not engage. Reset lock multiple times and replaced batteries. This is an intermittent issue.
Thoughts?
These locks are nothing but trouble since i bought.
