Latch 5 won't lock

Not sure what’s happening but my Latch 5 with fingerprint will no longer lock. The app says the door is locked, but I can just turn the handle and walk right in. Pulling battery out didn’t fix it. I’m probably going to do a factory reset next and take the whole thing apart and reinstall it. Any other ideas I should try? Latest firmware and everything.
