The lock motor just stopped working

I was already in contact with your service, and they could not help. They said it is not a mechanical problem, and electrical issues are out of warranty now. However, all the electronic parts a re still working (sound, fingerprint recognition etc.). Just the lock does not open mechanically…

Maybe you can help.

I have the same problem as mentioned by many users here. I have a U-Tech Pro series, and after a reset it no longer works. The batteries are good, and I can only manually lock/unlock, but the motor does not work after attemoting to lock it or unlock after entering the correct code. It just beeps and shows green with a beep, but nothing hapens. I have the mobile app and was able to set it up fine. It shows the status in my app fine and it has the latest firmware. Please help? Thanks

Wow. Not just me then. [edit: got it working again] [edit 2 - nope crapped out again. Time to switch brands]

Fingerprint, numberpad, app. All the same. A beep and the motor does nothing. New batteries, new firmware.

Deleted it from the app so I could try and reinstall it. Now I can’t add it back to the app. The app sees the lock but won’t add it. I am told it is already in my account and to re-login if I cannot see it. Done that several times and it is not doing what it is telling me it would do.

Ticket open. No help yet. Since nobody in this thread is reporting any success I will not be optimistic.

Edit: Tried again to add the lock to the app. Took out batteries and put them back in (sbout the fifth time I tried). THIS time there was a red light that illuminated. Going to the app I could see two locks. One that I was not having problems with (garage door) and second lock needing configuration. Started to configure the lock and it said the fingerprint sensor needed batteries or power or the like. Cycled the batteries again and was able to successfully add the lock.

Therefore the problems I had with adding to the app were that I was not even seeing the lock in the app.

Edit 2 - returned later in the day to the door and it was unresponsive. Again.

Same here after update not I can’t unlock my door.
I reset it
Deleted
Change passage settings
Tried unlocking with the app

This thing is only 6months old and I can’t get in my house.
