I have a U-Bolt Pro WiFi installed that has been working correctly for about two months. I had to change the batteries the other day, and now AutoLock is no longer working. Just to note, this has been working perfectly since it was installed. All other features seem to be operating as expected.
I’ve checked my settings and toggled the AutoLock switch, but it still won’t lock. Can anyone suggest how to fix this? Do I really have to reset the whole lock to restore this functionality?
I received a response from “Sally” at tech support. I have followed the link and all of the suggestions have been followed. I’ll repeat that this was working just fine until I changed the batteries and AutoLock now now longer works.
