U-Bolt Pro WiFi - stops locking automatically after some time

My U-Bolt works well for several weeks after I replace batteries but after that it stops locking automatically. What is weird is that

  • It is only several weeks, so batteries don’t have to be depleted that fast.
  • It still locks and unlocks if I facilitate it via the outside buttons, so the batteries are not that depleted.
  • Oh, and according to the app, batteries are still well-charged.

Replacing batteries makes it work fine again, so I wonder if others have observed this issue and how one can mitigate it. I definitely don’t like the fact that it stops auto-locking quietly (my kids assume it will lock when they leave the house).

I am having the same issue. It will lock if I use the app, the pin pad or the finger print reader, but if I manually unlock from the inside, open the door and close it. The device will not lock on its own.
