I’ve got a bit of an emergency - my front door is in Philadelphia and I’m in Maine, and our house sitter is locked out. When she tried to unlock our u-bolt pro with a code, she gets red then green on the LED, then 4 beeps. When she connects to the lock via the app it says depleted, so I’m assuming the battery has died. She’s tried using a 5v powerbank to connect with micro usb but nothing is happening. The powerbank otherwise works fine.
Can anyone give me step by step directions for powering on the lock with a powerbank? Documentation out there is truly terrible. Thank you.
