Hi! I’m a returning customer but the code doesn’t work.
i bought the lock @ 12:00 EST. i am going to return it. it’s not free or discounted. false advertising
Unfortunately, it was poorly worded. It was at the start of the Amazon sale which didn’t start until midnight but on the other coast. Second, after purchasing mine a few minutes after 3 AM ET, the start of the Amazon sale, I realized that wording may be such that we would buy one and if were were one of the first 50 to BUY one, we would get one free and we would therefore end up with two, one purchased and one free. Ugh. I don’t think they are going to send you a check for what was paid to Amazon after the fact. Then again, this is all conjecture as I have not seen any U-Tec interaction here.
They send out a list of winning order numbers and you email them proof it is your order number. For the first 50 free it gets credited back to your card in about 30days.
Has this list been published? If so, where? Any response to U-tec? How many people will return when they don’t get a discount?
When will the results of the FREE U-bolt pro be displayed. 7 days from the 8th would be today, or tomorrow if the 9th. Will they be up then.

My husband placed the order and we won the handle and the special at 44% as the 51 to 100. According to the add and email rec’d when inquiring about the 13% for returning customer. On the order we had the 13% do you automatically do the 44% instead of the 35% and reimburse to the credit card?
Also my husband has not yet received an email notifying him that he won the handle but have the invoice and prize no. How can he fill the form without the email
When can winners expect the refund to go through? Thanks!
