Poor customer service and support

UTEC has poor customer service. My device is defective (U-TEC CONFIRMED DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE) and they would not help me because I did not buy it from amazon. despite the product is sealed BRAND new. This means they have a poor customer service. they would not even put me on the phone with their supervisor. SO BE CAREFUL ON BUYING A PRODUCT WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
