Purchased 6 latches to test as a platform for a small hotel. Support by phone or email is horrible. Created a ticket on Wednesday and it’s Friday and no resolution. Have to remove all the locks in absence of support and no ability to reset the locks since they’re tied to my account and my account cannot access any of the locks to remove them. The locks were a promising option but not after this. Now I need to call my credit card and dispute the purchase since it appears no one is getting to my ticket.
