Notifications not working - February 2024

I bought the u-Tec U-Bolt Pro, and UL3 2nd gen in August 2022. I set up smart notifications and they worked great for almost a year.

For the last 7-8 months, notifications have not worked at all. Meaning, I haven’t received a single notification. I have them set up to send them if they doors are unlocked or locked by all users, if the bolt is auto locked, if there’s failed attempts, etc.

I have deleted the app, redownloaded it, and deleted all current smart notifications, then re-added them. Nothing has worked and notifications are still not coming through.

Both locks are connected to their bridges that are connected to WiFi. Verified in the app and they identify Good under WiFi signal.

Any ideas why this isn’t working?
