No response on warranty

My fingerprint reader has always been poor, but the mechanical part of the lock has failed so I was hoping for a 2nd chance with a warranty replacement.

I filled out a ticket online and never heard back. So I’ve tried calling multiple times and after being on hold the recorded message flips me to VM, which is never returned.

I would think this is a fake company except for the extensive web site. Extremely unhappy with this product.

If you registered your lock Through The warranty page of the app you should be able to get through to them. I have great responses from the warranty department and personnel. I’m not sure which way you tried contacting them but try through the app through the extended warranty message you applied for free. Hope this helps.
