My Front Door is unlocking to anyone and the app knows it’s not a registered finger and continues to grant them access it doesn’t even pick up when the users of my home it’s just blank I have already reset my lock this is still persisting.
Is the lock nearby and is there anyone trying to unlock with fingerprint around 9:26-9:28PM.
If the lock is hard reset, the lock should respond to any fingerprint. You should delete the lock within the App first, then add the lock to the app from the begining.
No one is near I noticed it coming in from the store it opened with a finger I don’t use literally every finger works for it I registered everyone fingerprint the problem continues
