My U bolt Pro went black and the key won't open the door

We entered the code, and the green light went black. The keypad no longer worked, and it no longer lit up. We tried the key to manually open the door, and the key turned, but the deadbolt did not disengage. We had to pay to stay in a hotel 10 minutes from our house, and we had no way of getting in. Our other door is deadbolted from the inside, and all of our windows are locked.
