Dead Control Panel

Set up my new deadbolt on the best to do some testing before a full install just in case. Well the lock registers in my app and I can lock/unlock the door via the app, however, I have nothing from the control panel. I don’t get any audible or light-based response when pressing buttons, the lock button doesn’t lock anything and when I try and register fingerprints it just says action failed. Has anyone else run into this? Everything is connected properly and I have tried resetting it, but nothing works. I think I just got a dead control panel.

Sounds like the connector between the interior and exterior lock is loose. please install the lock again to see if this changes.

I think that solved it… I pulled it out, cleaned it out with some compressed air and it seems to be working now. THanks
