Jammed Deadbolt

I have a U-Bolt Pro-Wifi that can only be opened and closed manually using the knob or key. When i try to open it using the keypad it beeps and gives the notification that the deadbolt is jammed. I have removed the lock from the door and tried to operate it on a bench with the same result, so i know its not actually the deadbolt. How far can i disassemble the lock and which half has the motor?

@Macintosh how do you get notifications for jammed deadbolt!?
