My U-Tec Lock and Bridge (for remote access) was working great with old router. Since I have updated my router to a mesh system the Bridge (for remote access) has not worked. The Mesh has both 2.4 and 5.2 band. Yes I know it will only work with 2.4, That is why I set the guest network up to 2.4 only and used it to connect the bridge / lock. Still doesn’t work. I have gone through ever scenario with the U-Tec team and the Router team. Still nothing. Do any of you have an idea where to go from here? I have replaced the bridge also.

At this point I am thinking get some money back from yall for the product that doesn’t work now and moving on to another company.
I have same problem here. Help desk gives no help just canned response "it is a fault with the network " yet no other smart devices have issues. Unfortunately my return period is expired so no chance to get money back. So sorry I bought the latest model thinking it would work better.
