Latch 5 Series keeps losing connection every week or so?

Latch 5 Series keeps losing connection every week or so? The lock keeps dropping the Internet connection as well as the app. I have to take the batteries out and back in. This is getting old as i have 6 locks to do this almost every week at two locations. Maybe you can program the lock to power cycle everyday or if we could schedule it to power cycle itself daily, weekly or on a user defined schedule so it can reconnect to the wifi and app. Super inconvenient when not on location? Is this not the reason to buy your smart lock? Automatically schedule to unlock and lock everyday would be great if it worked as well. i liked the reliability of the finger print on the earlier models. the latch5 finger print not good. This is not new problems at all. Please get some updates going tam u-tec. thanks mike

This seems to be a constant issue. Maybe instead of having to remove the battery some kind of [three-second-press-of number 1] to force reconnect will also be great
